Crafted Spaces Kids Maker’s Club
Crafted Spaces has been hosting kids creative camps for ten years. Last year we introduced our new creative kids club. This is a kids after-school program for ages 6 to 17 with lots of fun sewing, crafting, and visual arts projects to choose from throughout the school year.
Our new Kids Maker’s Club, offers creative activities for children ages 6 to 17 years old. Sessions will be hosted at our location in Oro-Medonte. Click the links below for a full description of each activity and to register online. Online registration is preferred; however, in-person registration is available by appointment only.
Payment Information
A group discount is available if you are registering 3+ children or if you are part of a group with 3+ children. Members of a group can register individually; however, you must contact us for more information regarding your group.
Credit card and PayPal payments can be made at check-out. Canadian e-transfer payments are also accepted and should be sent to create@craftedspaces.com. Contact us for other payment options. Payment in full is required to complete your registration. All the information you provide is kept private. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Sewing
Learn how to sew several fun, beginner friendly sewing projects. Projects will vary and may include sewing a tote bag, envelope pillow, and donut pillow. Learn about sewing patterns and build hand and machine sewing skills. Explore different ways of embellishing projects. No prior sewing experience is required. This camp is open for kids ages 9 – 17.
Sewing + Fashion
Learn how to use a commercial sewing pattern, make basic pattern adjustments and learn various sewing and textile art skills. Expand sewing skills and will learn how to work with different fabrics and embellishments. Projects will vary based on age group. Each session will focus on developing a different skill. Prior sewing experience is recommended. This camp is intended for kids ages 11 – 17.
Crafty Makers
This is a fun-filled club focused on crafting. We will make fun craft projects using paper, yarn, felt, clay, and other assorted craft supplies. Crafty Makers includes lots of fun paper crafting and fiber arts projects to choose from, with a focus on eco-friendly materials. The projects are based on age. This club is intended for kids ages 6 – 17.
Art Cadets
This is a fun filled art and mixed media club where we focus on developing various arts skills. Campers will paint, draw, and create mixed media art projects. The projects are based on age. This camp is intended for ages 6 – 17.
What will be provided . . .
All the materials needed for the activities are included in your registration. Snacks will also be included; however, you can bring your favourite peanut free snack.
Other Concerns
We want to ensure that each child has a positive experience and ask that prior to registering, parents inform us of any concerns they may have regarding their child’s participation in camp activities.
