Fashion Design Day Camp

This Kids Creative Summer Camp is a fun summer day camp designed for creative kids that want to learn more about fashion designing.

In our Fashion Design summer day camp, campers will work on creating a muslin or toile of a clothing or accessory they design. Campers will design their own pieces and customize their creations using a variety of textile art and design techniques. The project(s) may vary based on age (11 to 17) and skill level.

This is a great camp for campers that have an interest in fashion design or older campers that will like to develop a design portfolio for university.

Project materials are included with registration; however, you are welcome to bring your own.

Fashion Design Summer Day Camps

Learn how to design clothing and accessories in this fashion design summer day camp. Campers will learn how to design and create their own clothing and accessories. Each day campers will develop and use textile art, and design skills, to create a fun project.

What to expect!

In our fashion design day camp, campers will explore design concepts, develop their own style, visualize their ideas, learn how to modify sewing patterns, and build their creative skills.

  • Each day we will focus on developing a different skill.
  • Learn how to modify a pattern block, and build design skills.
  • Explore ways of embellishing project(s).
  • The focus is on designing not on a finished sewn project.

Your registration includes access to all supplies needed.

Materials needed for projects are included with registration; however, additional materials and supplies are sold in studio.
Registration open to ages 11 to 17
